Repair, refurbishment and protection of onshore pipelines across petrochemical, water, storm-water and sewerage sectors.
Our pipeline crews handle the full spectrum: surface preparation via HP and UHP water jetting, internal linings and external coatings, Denso pipe wrapping, cladding and lagging — both in-situ and in our workshop.
Denso resin-impregnated tape and petrolatum systems remain the most reliable solution for buried pipelines, joints and fittings, and our applicators are specifically trained on the system.
Related services
For long external service life in aggressive or splash-zone environments, pipelines are often coated with Thermal Metal Spray (TSA) before any wrap or insulation goes on. Where existing pipework is being decommissioned, our robotic sludge cleaning crew can clear residues before any cutting or refurbishment.
