Asbestos Abatement
Compliant, safe and fully documented asbestos identification, removal and disposal.
We hold the necessary registrations to operate as an asbestos abatement contractor under South African law. Every project is preceded by a structured risk assessment, sealed work areas, full PPE and air monitoring. After removal, all material is double-bagged, transported under permit and disposed of at certified hazardous-waste facilities. You receive complete documentation and chain-of-custody records. The most common follow-on scopes are replacement insulation and cladding where lagging has been removed, and new roof or side sheeting where asbestos-cement panels have been stripped.

Where asbestos abatement is part of a wider refurbishment, the same contract typically covers industrial lining and coating of the newly exposed steel and scaffolding and access so abatement, prep and finish coating all run under one safety plan.
